What do you need from us to get started?

How does the process work?

We establish the brief, issue a fixed-fee quote, receive the required information or arrange the site visit, prepare the draft pack, review comments, and then issue the final drawings or visualisation material.

What turnaround can we expect?

Typical turnaround is around 10–15 working days for measured survey and planning drawing packs, 5–10 working days for 2D-to-3D conversion, and 3–5 working days extra for 3D rendered images and walkthroughs added to a planning drawing pack. Turnaround can vary depending on scope and current workload.

How many revisions are included?

Our standard service includes 2 minor revisions, with any additional changes quoted separately if needed.

How is pricing handled?

Work is quoted on a fixed-price basis once the brief and scope are confirmed.

For survey-based services, Goldring Designs covers Surrey, the South East and London. For 2D-to-3D conversion, support can be provided UK-wide where plans and photos of the existing site are supplied.
