3D Digital Models and Video Walkthroughs - See it before you build it

3D Digital Models and video walkthroughs help you visualise proposed layouts and what the final external appearance will look like. This option is perfect when you “can’t picture it”. This option is very useful in more complex designs such as visualizing the additional stairway layout on a loft conversion of a large wrap around rear extension.

Planning Application Management

As an additional service we can handle the planning application on your behalf. This includes completing and submitting all planning application forms to your local authority and acting as your point of contact answering validation queries and keeping things moving while you get on with life. Plans and we prepare the full planning set and submit to your council, liaising through validation until a decision. Unlimited revisions before submission with the option of adding 3D Renders and walkthroughs.

Please note: Council fees are paid directly to your council by the client.

2D Plans, Sections and Elevations

We prepare accurate 2D plan and elevation tailored drawings that will comply with council planning requirements and regulations so your application is more likely to be approved . Accurate measured drawings (existing & proposed) plans, elevations and sections to planning standards. Ideal if you already know your layout or need additional advice on designing your ideal extension.
