Prices start from £500 (Excludes local authority fees).

With this option, we will:

• Prepare and submit the full planning application to your local council, using the approved drawings and supporting information

• Act as your main point of contact with the planning department, handling all communication with planning officers on your behalf

• Respond to any feedback from the council, advising you on what’s needed to secure approval

• Provide free design adjustments if required – refining and updating the drawings until the proposed loft design has been accepted (within reasonable, agreed parameters).

This service is ideal if you want to avoid the stress and confusion of the planning process and have a professional manage everything from start to finish, keeping you updated at each key stage until your planning application is approved.
