Prices start from £500 which include

Phone call
A site survey where we will measure all necessary dimensions of your building including discussion on changes that are required.
From the survey we produce Existing plans and elevations– that are required for a planning submission.
From our discussion we produce Proposed drawings – detailed 2D layouts showing the new design and key structural changes that are required for a planning submission.
We will then have a second meeting (either in person or via a video call) where the existing and proposed drawings are reviewed and any required amendment will be noted.
The final design will then be sent to the client for review and acceptance.
