As an optional upgrade, you can also choose a 3D Visualisation Package to really bring your single storey extension to life before any work begins.

If you want a 3D digital models to be created additional prices start at £250.

With this add-on we will take your proposed 2D CAD design and create:

• Realistic 3D renders – showing materials, finishes, lighting, glazing and furniture so you can see how the new space will actually look and feel.

• 3D walkthroughs – a virtual “tour” of your new extension, allowing you to move through the space, look around and understand how it connects with your existing home from every angle.

• Multiple design options – explore different layouts, opening sizes and positions, roof styles (flat, pitched, rooflights), and interior schemes so you can compare ideas side by side.

This is ideal if you want to:

• Be confident you’re choosing the right design before committing to build

• Share a clear vision with your builder, architect or family

• Refine details early and avoid costly changes on site
